PMC MAC Specialist; Instrumentation

Job Overview

Wood is currently recruiting for a PMC MAC Specialist (Instrumentation) role to support our ADNOC Offshore project in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The position will be based at our client office in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

• Expected
  
  Education:
  
  Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 15 years in the oil & gas industry; at least 5+ years in PMC roles for major offshore projects; strong experience with ADNOC projects or Middle East operators preferred; proven experience working with MAC (Main Automation Contractor) packages.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong knowledge of DCS (Honeywell, Yokogawa, Emerson DeltaV), SIS (Triconex, HIMA), PLC systems and SCADA; familiarity with SIL classification and functional safety (IEC 61508 / 61511), industrial networking and communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP); expertise in instrumentation design tools and document management systems.
• Preferred
  
  Certifications:
  
  TV Functional Safety Engineer (desirable), PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred).
