Senior Project Manager

Wood is currently recruiting for an experienced Site Senior Project Manager for ADNOC client to lead complex EPCM projects within the oil and gas & New Energies business. Due to the nature of the projects and client expectation, the position will be based full time starting in office after relocating to onshore site.

The key objectives for this role are:

• Defining project objectives, creating detailed roadmaps, and establishing timelines
• Securing and optimizing resources, managing budgets, and ensuring efficient workflows
• Assembling and leading project teams, streamlining communication, and resolving conflicts
• Identifying potential risks, devising mitigation strategies, and implementing contingency plans
• Monitoring project progress, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting updates to stakeholders
• Ensuring that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications
• Maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any issues promptly
