The Principal Mechanical Engineering Consultant, specializing in Rotating and Static Machines, serves as the foremost authority in machinery diagnostics, reliability engineering, and asset management. Drawing upon extensive experience and technical expertise, they shape the direction of the consultancy practice, drive innovation, and deliver transformative solutions for clients.

• Implement the strategic direction and long‑term vision for the Rotating and Static Machines consultancy practice, aligning with organizational goals and industry trends. Lead the development of innovative service offerings, methodologies, and technological solutions to address emerging challenges and opportunities. Champion a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the consultancy firm, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members.
• Serve as a recognized thought leader and subject‑matter expert in rotating and static machinery, contributing insights to industry publications, conferences, and forums. Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, academic institutions, and research organizations. Participate actively in professional societies, standards committees, and technical working groups to shape industry standards, best practices, and regulatory frameworks.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in complex machinery reliability challenges. Identify opportunities for business expansion, client diversification, and market penetration. Lead client engagements and high‑profile projects, providing strategic direction, technical oversight, and ensuring delivery of exceptional results.
• Provide expert guidance and technical oversight on complex machinery diagnostics, condition assessments, and reliability engineering projects. Mentor and coach junior and senior consultants, fostering professional development and leadership capabilities. Lead by example, demonstrating excellence, integrity, and ethical conduct in all aspects of consultancy practice.
• Drive business development efforts, including proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiations to secure new opportunities and expand client base. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—sales, marketing, and operations—to execute strategic initiatives that drive sustainable growth and market leadership. Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to identify emerging opportunities and potential areas for differentiation.

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering General

• Extensive 10+ years of experience leading and managing complex projects and teams in rotating and static machinery within industrial settings.
• Demonstrated thought leadership and industry recognition through publications, presentations, and participation in professional societies and technical committees.
• Strong business acumen and proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, drive business growth, and achieve financial targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, influence, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
