Project Manager; WWTP

We, at Emarat Aloula, are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Project Manager – Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) to lead and manage wastewater and utility infrastructure projects across the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in delivering water and wastewater treatment projects
, particularly with TAQA Water Solutions Services (formerly SWS) or similar utility authorities/clients.

• Lead the overall execution and delivery of WWTP and utility infrastructure projects
• Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution strategies
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual obligations, HSE standards, and quality requirements
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where necessary
• Oversee procurement, engineering, construction, testing, and commissioning activities
• Manage project risks, variations, claims, and commercial matters
• Conduct regular meetings with project teams and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
• Ensure timely submission of project reports, progress updates, and documentation
• Lead and mentor project teams to achieve operational and project objectives
• Maintain strong coordination with authorities and utility stakeholders
