Construction Manager​/Module Fabrication

Penspen is urgently looking for a Construction Manager/Module Fabrication for one of our Offshore PMC projects in UAE.

• Bachelor's in Engineering Degree (mandatory)

• Oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of fabrication activities for offshore modules such as topsides, wellhead towers (WHTs), subsea systems, piping modules, and brownfield modifications.
• Ensures that all fabrication and construction work is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with project specifications and international standards.
• Develops construction execution plans, schedules, manpower forecasts, and resource allocation strategies.
• Ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards.
• Collaborates with engineering teams to review and validate design documents, technical reports, and FEED deliverables.
• Has familiarity with international offshore standards (API, DNV, ASME) and marine operations.
• Ensures strict adherence to HSE protocols, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Supports engineering change management and resolves technical challenges.

• Minimum 20+ years in oil & gas construction, with 5 to 8+ years in module fabrications.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position with a strong offshore background.
• Proven track record in PMC or client‑side roles, especially within ADNOC or similar environments.
• Previous experience on ADNOC Offshore projects in a similar role would be an added advantage.
• Experience from a PMC background is preferred.
