Job Objective

To coordinate the preparation, tracking, and close‑out of piping test packs to support mechanical completion and commissioning schedules
To ensure all test pack documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with project specifications and quality standards
To act as the central interface between construction, QA/QC, and commissioning teams for test pack readiness and turnover
To support efficient systemisation and timely handover of piping systems in line with project milestones and client requirements

Responsibilities

Coordinate the preparation and compilation of piping test packs using approved P&IDs, isometric drawings, and line lists
Maintain and manage test pack registers, ensuring accurate tracking of status from preparation through testing and handover
Monitor progress of test packs and highlight delays, constraints, and priority systems to project teams
Interface with construction teams to confirm system readiness and mechanical completion prior to testing
Coordinate with QA/QC teams to ensure all inspections, NDT reports, and documentation are completed and approved
Ensure all required documents including weld maps, material traceability records, and test reports are included in test packs
Track punch list items and ensure timely closure before test pack acceptance…
