Responsibilities
- Review quality documentation including Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), technical documents, procedures, method statements, Material Approval Requests (MAR) and construction documents to ensure compliance with project quality requirements for Mechanical, Civil, Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) and NDT LevelIII work.
- Ensure day-to-day construction activities are executed in accordance with the approved construction plan and project schedule.
- Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, HSE, Planning, Procurement, Commissioning and other project disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure required manpower, materials, equipment and other resources are available on time, proactively identifying and resolving execution challenges.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, applicable international codes and HSE regulations.
- Review and approve method statements, risk assessments, work procedures and execution plans before construction activities.
- Supervise and manage subcontractors to ensure productivity, quality, safety and schedule targets are achieved.
- Participate in construction meetings, provide technical support and resolve site execution issues with the engineering team.
- Support mechanical completion, pre‑commissioning, commissioning inspections and project handover activities as applicable.
- Prepare and review manpower plans, resource allocation, productivity reports and construction progress updates to optimize project delivery.
- Ensure all construction works are completed in accordance with quality standards, inspection requirements and project specifications prior to handover.
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas or EPC construction projects.
- ISO9,001 Lead Auditor certification.
- ASNT LevelII in RT, UT, MT and PT.
- CSWIP
3.1 or AWS‑CWI certification / NACE LevelII / BGAS grade
2. - Proven experience working on ADNOC or major GCC Oil & Gas projects.
- Good command of project quality auditing practices.
- Strong leadership, coordination, communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of construction sequencing, site execution strategies, resource planning and productivity management.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast‑track project environments.
- Previous ADNOC approval or ADNOC leadership experience is an added advantage.
