- Supervise hydraulic fracturing activities from wireline perforation through to stage pumping, ensuring compliance with approved designs and barrier management protocols.
- Monitor pressure, rate, and sand concentration during operations; direct adjustments to maintain design integrity and safeguard well conditions.
- Oversee coiled tubing or jointed pipe milling of frac plugs, ensuring complete debris removal and clean wellbore readiness for flowback and testing.
- Manage rig‑up/down and operation of testing equipment; supervise flowback performance, fluid returns, and sand rates while ensuring safe and compliant disposal.
- Enforce well integrity standards, conduct inspections, test valves, monitor annulus pressures, and lead well‑control responses in line with IWCF Level 4 certification.
- Uphold HSE standards, lead risk assessments, and ensure safe execution of simultaneous operations (SIMOPS).
- Interface with Completions Engineering to align field execution with approved programmes; provide feedback and participate in planning and reviews.
- Apply best practices, report service quality issues, support investigations, and contribute to the development of improved operational standards.
- Supervise slickline operations and manage flow‑control devices; coordinate frac‑to‑production tree conversions ensuring compatibility and pressure compliance.
- Oversee installation, testing, and removal of NRVs and VR plugs, ensuring compatibility with wellhead configurations and pressure ratings.
- Lead multi‑contractor teams across wireline, frac, CT, slickline, testing, and logistics; chair daily coordination meetings to confirm scope, hazards, and contingencies.
