Senior Quantity Surveyor-Manufacturing

Job Overview

AtkinsR alis are currently looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team to work on newly awarded projects across varying sectors and locations within the UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile projects within the UAE.

• Experience in one of the following key sectors: hospitality, residential buildings, infrastructure, etc.
• Must have consultant and/or client background for a minimum of 4 years.
• Knowledge in the use of QS software (CostX or similar) is required.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 8-12 years of experience, with at least 5 years on government or major UAE programs.
• Proven capability in remeasure contracts, cost control, and valuation of site-wide works.
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding, particularly with variations and change workflows.
• Understanding of WIR/MIR processes and their impact on cost and progress validation.
• Strong analytical, measurement, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in measurement tools (CostX, Plan Swift, etc.) and MS Excel.
• Experience on giga-projects or large-scale infrastructure developments is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
