Instrumentation Supervisor -Walkin Chennai
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of instrument technicians ensuring efficient execution of maintenance and calibration tasks. Oversee the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of complex instrumentation systems including DCS, PLC, and field instruments. Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for all instrumentation assets to minimize downtime and optimize performance. Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies during all instrumentation activities.
QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field. Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in industrial instrumentation, with a focus on process control systems. Proven experience in supervising instrument technicians and managing maintenance activities in a plant environment. Hands‑on expertise with various instrumentation types: transmitters, control valves, sensors, analyzers, and safety systems.
Eligibility CriteriaExperience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore. Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred. Clean‑shaven policy applicable. Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible.
Age CriteriaMaximum age limit is 49 years. For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience.
Managerial and Senior PositionsMinimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory.
