Commissioning Manager -Walkin Chennai

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the entire commissioning process from pre‑commissioning to final handover ensuring all systems function as designed
• Develop and implement comprehensive commissioning plans, schedules, and budgets aligning with project objectives and client requirements
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless integration of all systems
• Manage and mentor the commissioning team, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative work environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant discipline)
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in commissioning and start‑up, preferably in the oil & gas or petrochemical industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex commissioning projects from inception to completion
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, P&IDs, process flow diagrams, and equipment specifications

• Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore
• Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred
• Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible
• Maximum age limit is 49 years. For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience
• Minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory for managerial and senior roles
