Construction Superintendent - Instrumentation - Walkin Chennai
Responsibilities
Oversee and direct all instrumentation construction activities on site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and schedules.
Manage and coordinate a team of instrumentation technicians, foremen, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones efficiently.
Implement and enforce stringent quality control measures for all instrumentation installations, testing, and commissioning.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards, ensure safety compliance, and mitigate risks in instrumentation work.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction supervision of instrumentation projects.
Proven track record in managing large‑scale industrial instrumentation projects (e.g., Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power).
Certification in relevant instrumentation standards (e.g., ISA, IEC) is highly desirable.
Eligibility Criteria- Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore sectors.
- Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred.
- Clean‑shaven policy applicable.
- Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible.
Maximum age limit is 49 years. For managerial positions, the limit may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience.
Managerial and Senior PositionsA minimum of five years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory.
