Sr. Engineer - Instrumentation & Control - Walkin Chennai

Lead the design and implementation of complex control systems for industrial processes, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Develop and execute commissioning plans for new instrumentation and control systems, troubleshooting issues to ensure seamless integration. Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians on instrumentation and control engineering principles. Oversee the selection, specification, and procurement of critical instrumentation and control hardware and software components.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in instrumentation and control engineering within the chemical, oil & gas, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or relevant professional certifications (e.g., ISA Certified Control Systems Engineer – CCSE) are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in PLC/DCS programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Honeywell) and SCADA systems.

• Experience in Pipeline, Oil & Gas, EPC, Flowline, Wellhead, Brownfield, Upstream, or Onshore operations.
• Gulf or ADNOC experience preferred.
• Clean‑shaven policy applicable.
• Candidates with Metro, Building, or Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible.

• Minimum of 5 years Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory for managerial and senior positions.

Maximum age limit is 49 years. For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience.
