Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HSE management systems tailored to project-specific needs ensuring compliance with local and international regulations
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and audits, identifying potential hazards and recommending corrective actions to mitigate risks
- Lead incident investigations, analyzing root causes to prevent recurrence and enhance overall safety performance
- Provide training and mentorship to staff on HSE best practices, fostering a culture of safety awareness and compliance across all levels
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- At least 15 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably in the oil and gas, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
- Certification in HSE management (such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) is essential to demonstrate expertise in health and safety principles.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing safety management systems in complex environments.
- Experience in Pipeline, Oil & Gas, EPC, Flowline, Wellhead, Brownfield, Upstream, Onshore.
- Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred.
- Clean-shaven policy applicable.
- Candidates with Metro, Building, or Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible.
- Maximum age limit is 49 years. For managerial positions this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience.
- For managerial and SR positions: a minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory.
