Oversee and manage all welding operations ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards for diverse fabrication projects. Develop and implement robust welding procedures (WPS) and performance qualification records (PQR) for various materials and joint configurations. Conduct rigorous weld inspection and testing utilizing NDT/DT methods to verify weld integrity and compliance with international codes (e.g., AWS, ASME, API). Troubleshoot welding defects and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence, minimizing rework and material waste.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Welding Engineering from a recognized institution. Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in welding engineering, with a strong focus on fabrication and manufacturing environments. Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or equivalent certification from a recognized body is highly preferred. Proven experience with various welding processes (SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, FCAW) on diverse materials like carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloys.

- Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore
- Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred
- Clean-shaven policy applicable
- Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible
Age Criteria:
Maximum age limit is 49 years. For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience.
Managerial and Senior Positions: A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory.
