Construction Manager - Instrumentation - Walkin Chennai

Responsibilities

Oversee the installation, calibration, and testing of all instrumentation systems, ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards.

Manage and coordinate all on-site instrumentation construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.

Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, environmental policies, and quality control procedures throughout the instrumentation construction phase.

Interface effectively with engineering teams, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve technical queries and ensure seamless integration of instrumentation components.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in construction management, specifically focused on instrumentation projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale industrial or process plant instrumentation projects.
• In-depth knowledge of various instrumentation systems, including DCS, PLC, SCADA, field instruments, and control valves.
• Experience in Pipeline, Oil & Gas, EPC, Flowline, Wellhead, Brownfield, Upstream, Onshore.
• Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred.
• Clean‑shaven policy applicable.
• Candidates with Metro, Building, or Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible.
• Maximum age limit is 49 years; for managerial positions, may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience.
• Managerial and Senior positions: A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory.
