Responsibilities
Lead and manage commissioning activities for Process Utility Mechanical Electrical and IC systems.
Develop and implement commissioning strategies, procedures, schedules, and execution plans.
Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Operations, Vendors, and Client representatives to ensure successful system completion and handover.
Oversee pre‑commissioning, commissioning, start‑up, performance testing, and operational readiness activities.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes and standards, company procedures, and HSE requirements.
Manage system completion—Mechanical Completion (MC), Ready for Commissioning (RFC), punch list closure, and final acceptance documentation.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve commissioning and start‑up issues to minimize project risks and schedule impacts.
Supervise and mentor multidisciplinary commissioning teams, ensuring effective resource utilization and technical guidance.
Monitor commissioning progress, prepare reports, and communicate project status to management and stakeholders.
Support offshore integration, commissioning, and start‑up activities as required to ensure seamless project execution and client handover.
Qualifications- 15–18+ years of experience in Oil & Gas commissioning, with at least 5 years in a lead role.
- Minimum 5+ years of offshore experience.
- Strong knowledge of offshore process and utility systems.
- Familiarity with international standards (API, ASME, IEC, ISO).
- PMC experience preferred.
- Previous experience on ADNOC projects in a similar role is an added advantage.
