We are seeking an experienced CMMS / SAP EAM Maintenance Engineer with strong expertise in maintenance engineering, asset data management, and SAP EAM (S/4

HANA) within the Oil & Gas industry. The successful candidate will support asset integrity, maintenance optimization, and digital asset management by ensuring accurate maintenance master data, implementing maintenance strategies, and maintaining CMMS data quality throughout the asset lifecycle.

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies, policies, standards, procedures, and best practice.
• Manage functional location.
• Manage Equipment Master Data.
• Define Asset Classes & Characteristics.
• Create Task Lists.
• Develop Maintenance Plans.
• Ensure asset master data is standardized and maintained in accordance with ISO 14224.
• Support Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), Risk-Based Inspection (RBI), and HSE/CES maintenance strategies.
• Coordinate EPC data integration from AFC (Approved for Construction) through As-Built documentation.
• Perform CMMS data validation, governance, cleansing, and quality assurance activities.
• Ensure consistency, completeness, and integrity of maintenance data across enterprise system.
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance optimization.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and EPC contractors to ensure accurate asset information.
• Participate in digital transformation initiatives related to maintenance and asset management.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant certifications in SAP EAM, Asset Management, or Maintenance Engineering are an advantage.

• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance engineering.
• Proven experience with CMMS/ERP systems, preferably SAP EAM (S/4
  
  HANA).
• Previous experience in Onshore and/or Offshore Oil & Gas facilities.
• Previous ADNOC Group experience is highly preferred.
• Experience supporting EPC projects and operational facilities.
