Alpin Limited is a leading sustainability consultant in the Middle East, headquartered in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi. The company provides innovative commissioning, sustainability, and climate change solutions to transform the built environment.
Responsibilities- Participate as a team support and leader in global and local sustainability projects
- Perform quality control and review of reports
- Prepare professional presentations
- Implement project management principles including scheduling and resource planning
- Provide site and office-based consultancy
- Support green building design and LEED/ESTIDAMA projects
- Coordinate with contractors, including MEP and civil engineers
- Conduct research on sustainability products and technologies
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated project experience
- LEED Green Associate (LEED GA) certification
- Knowledge of LEED and ESTIDAMA standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working within the GCC
- Ability to self-manage in a fast-paced environment
- LEED AP or Estidama PQP certification
- Master’s Degree in a related field
- Arabic language proficiency
- Hands‑on engineering and project management skills
- Valid UAE Driver’s license and personal transportation
- Passport allowing for efficient regional travel
