• Transport / IFM Operations Director – AED 30,000 – AED 50,000+, requires an Engineering/Ops degree and 10+ years B2G experience.
• Air Traffic Controller / Aviation Manager – AED 25,000 – AED 45,000, requires an Aviation degree and valid ATC license.
• Healthcare FM / Facility Engineer – AED 12,000 – AED 22,000, requires a Mechanical/Electrical degree and hospital FM experience.
• Transit Operator / MEP Technician – AED 4,000 – AED 8,500, requires a Trade certificate or diploma and shift flexibility.

• Monthly Pay: AED 15,000 – AED 25,000 (Tax‑Free Base + Operational Leadership Bonuses)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or Facilities Management
• 5 to 8 years of experience managing high‑volume IFM contracts within healthcare or regulated public sectors in the GCC
• Deep understanding of CAFM systems, medical gas pipeline systems (MGPS), and DHA/MOHAP regulatory compliance
• Fluency in English mandatory; operational fluency in Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu highly advantageous
