Job Overview

Construction Manager - Oil & Gas Remote Location in the United Arab Emirates. Salary: $6,000–$8,100 per month with full expat benefits. Project is remote and requires candidates to be based on site in the Western Region; candidates will need temporary camps or private residences to avoid daily commuting for safety reasons. Scope includes extensive mechanical pipelines (above and underground), utility and pumping stations, demolition of existing structures, tank farms, security systems, technology, and associated civil & infrastructure work on a $600M+ project.

The role is suitable for a fast-paced oil & gas environment and offers long-term stability and international work.

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• 6‑8 years of postgraduate experience on major EPC oil & gas projects in the MENA region
• Previous roles at a similar level for EPC main contractors
• Ability to pass safety and security checks
• All-round strength across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning stages

• Lead a team of section managers and engineers to complete the project on time and within budget
• Manage direct multi-faceted construction activities, including subcontractors and the direct workforce
• Participate in constructability and 3D model review sessions
• Manage the RFI and change-order process in the field
• Assist with the preparation of change orders
• Maintain excellent project records and documentation of delays and other potential impacts
• Drive quality while ensuring a safe and secure environment for all

• Basic net salary per month of $6,500–$8,100 USD
