Job Responsibility:
Develop complete planning package including work plan, schedule, progress measurement and reporting procedures.
Preparation of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and progress measurement system for projects including engineering, subcontracting, procurement and construction activities.
Develop, maintain and update Level I-IV plan and deployment histogram.
Preparation of weekly & monthly progress report package including progress S curves for client submission.
Raise flag with management regarding delay in critical activities and suggest their remedial measures.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement & construction departments/contractors for progress update and compare it with project targets / milestones.

Arkoil Technologies (Planning Engineer) - 6 Months Descon Engineering (Planning Engineer) - 3 Years Doosan Babcock (Planning Engineer) - 2.5 Years Descon Engineering (Are Planner & Planning Engineer) - 4 Years
