Infrastructure Engineer; Wet Design Utilities

You will perform hydraulic modeling and design of pressurized and gravity networks, prepare detailed engineering drawings, layouts, schematics and design reports, manage the submission and approval process with local authorities, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to resolve design clashes, provide technical support during construction, and prepare accurate Bills of Quantities and technical specifications.

• Perform hydraulic modeling and design of pressurized and gravity networks
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, layouts, schematics and design reports
• Manage the submission and approval process with local authorities (e.g., DEWA, DM, RTA, ADM, ADDC)
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams (roads, structures, electrical) to resolve design clashes
• Provide technical support during the construction phase, including RFI responses and shop drawing reviews
• Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and technical specifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an engineering consultancy environment, specifically in infrastructure/wet utilities
• Proficiency in hydraulic modeling software (WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, or EPANET)
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Infrawizard)
• Strong knowledge of Dubai or Abu Dhabi authority design manuals and international standards (BS/EN, AWWA)
• Proven experience in coordinating with local government authorities for project approvals
