Job Purpose: We are seeking an experienced Power Electronics Specialist to provide technical support, troubleshooting, reliability improvement, preventive maintenance, condition monitoring, and lifecycle management of Industrial UPS Systems, Variable Speed Drives (VSDs), Soft Starters, Active/Passive Harmonic Filters, and Thyristor Heater Systems across ADNOC Refining facilities in Ruwais. The successful candidate will support electrical reliability enhancement initiatives, perform root cause investigations, execute condition assessments, and recommend equipment upgrades to improve refinery availability and operational excellenc

Required Experience:
