Responsibilities
- Develop horizontal and vertical geometric alignments for highways, local roads, and intersections.
- Utilize Civil 3D to create detailed corridor models, grading plans, and cross‑sections.
- Conduct road safety audits and ensure designs comply with local authority manuals (e.g., RTA, DMT, DDA).
- Manage utility coordination to resolve clashes between road profiles and underground networks.
- Prepare technical reports, pavement design justifications, and traffic signage marking layouts.
- Liaise with local government authorities for design approvals and NOCs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in road/highway design consultancy.
- Expert‑level proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (Corridors, Grading, Assemblies).
- Strong knowledge of AASHTO, DMRB, and local authority road design manuals.
- Experience in intersection design, roundabout geometry, and pavement marking/signage design.
- Proven track record in securing project approvals from local authorities.
- Must be located in the UAE.
