Eligibility Criteria & Position‑Wise Qualifications HSE Officer- Academic
Qualifications:
At least Diploma Level education. - Professional
Qualifications:
Must hold NEBOSH IGC, ISO 45001 Awareness certificate, and ADOSH certification. - Minimum Experience: 5 Years of relevant experience in field safety management.
- Age Requirement: Less than 40 years old (Preferred age is less than 35 years).
- Industry Preferences: Experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), Tunnel projects, General Buildings, and Infrastructure projects.

Qualifications:
At least a Bachelor's Degree. An Engineering Degree is highly preferred. - Professional
Qualifications:
Must possess NEBOSH IGC, Level 6 Diploma in OSH (Occupational Safety and Health), ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certificate, and ADOSH accreditation. - Minimum Experience: 12+ Years of extensive professional experience in managing large-scale construction safety parameters.
- Age Requirement: Less than 45 years old.
- Industry Preferences: Prior expertise in handling MEP, Tunnel, Buildings, and Infrastructure development projects.
The selection process will be conducted directly through face‑to‑face evaluation rounds during the open‑day event. Candidates will be assessed by the technical recruitment panel based on their understanding of safety regulations, project experience, and international safety standard implementations. Immediate feedback and verification of documents will take place during the interview schedule.
