Graduate Project Engineer

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation or related discipline)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; internships or training experience preferred
• Basic understanding of engineering principles and the project lifecycle in an EPC/EPCM environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented, multicultural environment
• Willingness to learn, take initiative and adapt in a fast‑paced project environment

• Assist in the coordination and execution of engineering and project activities in line with project schedules and objectives
• Support project engineers and managers in tracking progress, deliverables, and key milestones
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, meeting minutes, and technical submissions
• Liaise with multidisciplinary engineering teams (mechanical, civil, electrical, instrumentation) to ensure alignment of project requirements
• Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and project meetings
• Assist in monitoring project costs, timelines, and resource allocation
• Support procurement, vendor coordination, and expediting activities where required
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements, and relevant industry standards
• Contribute to risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution
• Promote and adhere to Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) standards at all times
• Engage in continuous learning and development to build technical and project management competencies
