GHD is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Project Manager – Design Management to join our Abu Dhabi team, leading the design delivery of complex projects within the Buildings & Property sector.

• Lead and manage the design process across building and property projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and external consultants to deliver high‑quality, timely outputs.
• Oversee design reviews, approvals, and compliance with local authority requirements (e.g., ADM, ADWEA).
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and change control processes.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, including clients, contractors, and government entities.
• Support pre‑contract and post‑contract phases, including technical evaluations and tender documentation.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in design management for buildings and property developments, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
• Proven track record in managing design for high‑rise, mixed‑use, commercial, or institutional buildings.
• Strong understanding of local authority processes and permitting requirements.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
