We are looking for a seasoned, experienced professional Site Service Engineer for industries.

• Experience in testing, maintenance and/or upgrades in VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives) and/or Soft Starts.
• Experience in servicing Drives and/or Soft Starts with regards to start up and repair preferred.
• Servicing, installing, and repairing customer equipment.
• Performance of warranty work and start-up service.
• Perform Startup/pre-Commissioning and commissioning on Schneider Variable Frequency Drives at site with Schneider Electric safety and quality guideline.
• Testing, calibration, checking, correcting, adjusting and part component replacement services on customer drive products.
• Technical support in product service, product training and applications including on‑site audits. Understudy of the drawing for the scheme with IEC/ANSI codes.
• Support serviceable Schneider equipment including but not limited to electrical switch gear, PDUs, RPPs, BMS systems, PLCs, HMIs, Drives, power monitoring equipment, protective relays.
• Document all required information for each site (technical report, MOS, and risk assessments).
• Analyse complex problems in equipment and machinery, interpret maintenance manuals, and use knowledge of systems and electronics to isolate and correct the fault.
• Assist in developing design modifications, implement modifications, and provide installation support for the modifications.
• Develop and implement training courseware and provide training to customers.
• Travel for both training and to support job site requirements in other areas.
• Work on onshore and offshore sites.
• Use digital tools as per SE policy.
• Candidate having experience in ABB drives will be an advantage.

• Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• Good communication skills.
• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance activities for VFDs and soft starters.
• Ability to work at site with flexible hours as per job requirement (onshore/offshore).
• Digital experience and fulfillment of Schneider Electric KPI.
• Qualified and trained for low‑voltage drives and drive systems.
• Qualified or trained on Schneider Electric ATV 1200/ATV 600/ATV 6100, LV drive systems.
• Knowledge of Windows MS Office and associated software related to test equipment and relays, LV specialization software.
