Interface Engineer - Infrastructure

Overview

Required to join an international engineering consultancy working on a large-scale infrastructure project in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating technical interfaces between project disciplines, contractors, consultants, utility authorities, and clients.

• Manage and coordinate technical interfaces between project disciplines, contractors, consultants, utility authorities, and clients.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor the Interface Register and Interface Management Plan.
• Identify, track, and resolve interface issues to ensure timely project delivery.
• Coordinate design reviews, technical workshops, and interface meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure interface activities are aligned with project schedules, deliverables, and contractual requirements.
• Review engineering documents and drawings to identify interface risks and opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in interface management or project engineering on large infrastructure/civil engineering projects.
• Experience working on major infrastructure projects in the Gulf region
• Strong understanding of design coordination, project execution, and stakeholder management.
• Should be based in the United Arab Emirates
