Energy Storage Service Sales Specialist; After Sales

Engage early in the bidding phase and oversee the entire process of LTSA operation and maintenance contract negotiation, review, and signing to ensure timely closure of commercial procedures.

Closely monitor milestone deliverables throughout the project lifecycle, drive execution according to schedule, identify delays, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time project handover.

Organize regular coordination meetings and problem review sessions, elevate critical issues as needed, and track progress to ensure efficient and closed-loop resolution.

Proactively allocate commissioning personnel, tools, and spare parts to ensure resources are ready in advance, enabling smooth on-site commissioning activities.

Identify, respond to, and resolve serviceability requirements from overseas clients.

Facilitate the introduction of new products in overseas projects, including technical documentation and after-sales material handover.

Manage product repairability, implement serviceability improvements, conduct FR reviews at each project stage, assess service impacts of design changes, evaluate service risks of deviation approvals, and provide service solution support.

Bachelor’s degree or above. Preference will be given to candidates in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Automation, Energy & Power Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. Candidates from other disciplines with strong communication and presentation skills will also be considered.

Strong capability in timeline control, progress tracking, cross‑functional collaboration, meeting facilitation, and issue escalation.

Prior project management experience is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (PPT, Word, Excel for data processing).

Fluency in English and the local language for business communication. Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
