Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all on-site engineering operations ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of technicians and engineers to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Implement and enforce stringent safety protocols, conducting regular risk assessments and site inspections to prevent accidents.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues in real-time, developing and executing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- ADNOC-approved Site Engineer – Civil (mandatory).
