We are currently recruiting for PMC Lead Project Engineer role to support our ADNOC Offshore project in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Due to the nature of the projects and client expectation, the position will be based at our client office in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Job Objective:

Provide complete technical support on project management matters related to the Project and ensure that they are meeting the Project HSE, quality, schedule and cost objectives.

Scope covers all activities related to this portion of the Project from Contract award through engineering, fabrication, construction, commissioning, and handover to Operations at Site.

• Responsible for providing support on Project Management activities to Project team throughout all phases of project execution on management matters related to the allocated portions of the scope
• Responsible for delivery of all systems from design to handover meeting all Project objectives
• Develops EPC Scope of Work and supports EPC tendering activities
• Prepares gate deliverables in accordance with ADNOC Value Assurance Process (VAP)
• Works in close co‑ordination with Project Manager for the supervision of the Integrated Project Management Team to ensure that the project objectives are met
• Reports regularly to the Project Manager on Project status, critical issues and areas of concern that may affect performance targets and Project objectives
• Ensures project compliance with HSE requirements, meeting HSE performance targets during all phases of the project and work with HSE team to ensure that Contractors comply with Company HSE policies, procedures, rules and regulations during execution
