Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced Testing & Commissioning Manager with a minimum of 10 years of MEP experience in UAE projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing testing and commissioning activities for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and BMS systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, authority requirements, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Execute testing and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and BMS systems.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and commissioning procedures.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities.
- Conduct functional performance testing, troubleshooting, and system verification.
- Prepare commissioning reports, test certificates, checklists, and handover documentation.
- Support authority inspections, client demonstrations, and project close-out activities.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, project specifications, and applicable standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of MEP testing and commissioning experience in UAE.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and BMS systems.
- Familiarity with ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC, CIBSE, and BSRIA standards.
- Strong leadership, troubleshooting, communication, and reporting skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
