Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire commissioning process for utility‑scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and performance targets.
- Develop and implement comprehensive commissioning plans, schedules, and procedures, meticulously detailing testing methodologies and acceptance criteria.
- Oversee the execution of pre‑commissioning checks, functional testing, performance testing, and integrated system testing, identifying and resolving all anomalies.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant safety regulations, environmental standards, and project‑specific health and safety plans throughout the commissioning phase.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent international certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in the commissioning of large‑scale renewable energy projects, with a strong focus on Solar PV and BESS.
- Proven track record of successfully commissioning multiple Solar PV and BESS projects exceeding 500MW capacity.
