** Full-Time#### About the RolePSI is seeking an experienced HSE Engineer to develop, implement, and continuously improve health, safety, and environmental procedures across project sites and workplace operations. The role combines engineering and HSE expertise to protect employees, prevent workplace incidents, and ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and regulations.
The successful candidate will conduct risk assessments, inspect facilities and equipment, investigate incidents, oversee hazard controls, support audits, and provide safety training to employees and site teams.####
Key Responsibilities
* Review machinery, equipment, and workplace plans to ensure compliance with applicable safety standards.
* Inspect facilities, machinery, tools, and safety equipment to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
* Conduct site risk assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of industrial control measures.
* Ensure buildings, equipment, workplace processes, and project activities comply with health and safety regulations.
* Install or supervise the installation of safety devices and protective measures on machinery and equipment.
* Review, develop, and improve employee safety programs, procedures, and documentation.
* Conduct or coordinate training on safety regulations, hazard identification, monitoring procedures, and the correct use of safety equipment.
* Compile and analyze information related to occupational illnesses, incidents, near misses, and workplace accidents.
* Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and recommend preventive and corrective actions.
* Support HSE inspections, internal audits, external audits, and site self-assessments.
* Monitor activities involving hot works, electrical safety, working at heights, HVAC&R systems, and confined spaces.

* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
* Recognized health and safety certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent.
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Safety Engineer in MEP or building services projects.
* Strong understanding of MEP construction methods, equipment, workplace hazards, and control measures.
* Familiarity with OSHA, NFPA, local safety codes, and other applicable regulations.
* Practical experience with hot works, electrical safety, working at heights, HVAC&R systems, and confined spaces.
* Previous ISO audit experience is required.#### Key Requirements
* NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent certification
* 2–3 years of HSE experience in MEP or building services
* Strong risk assessment and incident investigation skills
* Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, and local safety regulations
