Lead the MEP estimation team for tender submissions and pre-contract activities
Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs
Prepare accurate cost estimates and competitive tender pricing for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
Conduct quantity take-offs and verify BOQs
Analyze project risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost optimization strategies
Prepare technical and commercial bid proposals in compliance with client requirements
Participate in tender clarification meetings and negotiations with clients and consultants
Maintain an updated cost database and historical project records
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Commercial, and Project Management teams during the tendering process
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Quantity Surveying
Minimum 10-15 years of UAE/GCC experience in MEP estimation and tendering
Strong experience in estimating high-rise buildings, commercial, residential, healthcare, and infrastructure projects
Excellent knowledge of MEP systems, local market rates, and UAE construction practices
Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts and commercial principles
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, estimation software, and ERP systems
Excellent analytical, leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
