• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with MOHESR Equivalency
• Engineer's License from Abu Dhabi Municipality
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a civil estimation role in the UAE

• Experience in one or more of the following sectors:
  Water transmission pipelines, Sewerage networks, Pump stations, Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Reverse Osmosis (RO) plants, RCC reservoirs and associated civil structures
• Cost Estimation
• Rate Analysis
• Tendering
• Bid Preparation
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel

• Prepare quantity take-offs (QTOs), Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and detailed cost estimates from tender drawings and specifications
• Prepare cost estimates for water and wastewater infrastructure projects including pipelines, pump stations, treatment plants, RO plants, reservoirs, and associated civil works
• Review tender documents, identify project scope and prepare technical and commercial clarifications where required
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors and perform rate analysis
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and commercial teams during the tendering process
• Identify risks, opportunities and value engineering proposals to support competitive bids
• Prepare technical and commercial tender submissions in accordance with client requirements
• Maintain estimating records, cost databases and historical pricing information to improve estimating accuracy
• Support the handover of awarded projects by providing estimate details and tender assumptions to the project execution team

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with MOHESR Equivalency

Engineer's License from Abu Dhabi Municipality
