About the Role
We are hiring in the advanced technology and engineering sector for a Senior Technical Lead – Power Electronics
. This is a high-impact technical leadership role responsible for defining technical direction, driving advanced hardware design, and leading the development of next-generation power electronics systems for high-performance applications.
- Motor Control Algorithms (FOC – Field-Oriented Control, DTC – Direct Torque Control, Trapezoidal Control)
- Thermal & EMI/EMC Management

- Defense Industry Project Experience (Mandatory)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.
Advanced certifications or a PhD is a plus.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Define and implement technical roadmaps for power electronics and hardware design
- Lead the design and optimization of advanced DC-DC converters, inverters, and motor drives for high-efficiency applications
- Drive advanced typologies for energy management, high-performance devices, and compact system designs
- Oversee circuit design and PCB development, ensuring signal integrity, thermal efficiency, and manufacturability
- Utilize simulation tools to model and analyze system behavior and validate designs
- Lead prototyping efforts, including power system validation and rapid iteration to meet system-level requirements
- Oversee integration of power electronics with motor systems and sensors in electro mechanical designs
- Conduct comprehensive hardware/software testing, including Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) simulations and field testing
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, reliability benchmarks, and EMC/thermal performance requirements
- Develop and optimize advanced motor control algorithms
- Lead failure analysis and root cause investigations for continuous system improvement
- Provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to align power electronics design with overall system requirements
Must have prior experience working on Defense sector projects — this is a hard requirement, not preferred.
