Deputy Construction Manager - Mechanical; Walkin

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and execution of all mechanical construction activities ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget
• Manage and mentor mechanical construction teams fostering a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment
• Interpret and implement complex mechanical engineering drawings specifications and building codes
• Coordinate with other construction disciplines subcontractors and suppliers to ensure seamless project integration

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  
  Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in mechanical construction management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale mechanical projects from inception to completion.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and industrial piping systems.

• Experience in construction (not design), Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore
• Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred
• Clean-shaven policy applicable
• Candidates must be immediate joiners
• Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible

Maximum age limit is 49 years

For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience

A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory
