Permit Coordinator; Walkin - Mumbai, Chennai & Kochi
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of the Permit to Work (PTW) system including issuance, renewal, suspension, and closure of permits.
- Ensure that all permit applications are properly assessed and meet HSE and operational requirements before approval.
- Coordinate with field operations, maintenance teams, HSE personnel and contractors to facilitate permitted work safely and on schedule.
- Maintain updated logs of all open, closed and suspended permits.
- Conduct daily site walkdowns and permit audits to ensure compliance with permit conditions and job safety requirements.
- Report and escape any unsafe practices or permit violations promptly.
- Assist in incident investigations related to permitted work and contribute to improvement plans.
- Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in an oil and gas field environment.
- Strong knowledge of Permit to Work systems.
- Familiarity with isolation procedures, risk assessments, and control of hazardous energy.
- Experience with onshore oilfield operations.
- Experience in construction (not design), Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore.
- Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred.
- Clean‑shaven policy applicable.
- Candidates must be immediate joiners.
- Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible.
Maximum age limit is 49 years. For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience. Managerial and SR. Positions: A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory.
