Job description
RAQ Contracting is seeking a highly experienced Senior Planning Engineer MEP to join our growing team The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning scheduling and monitoring MEP construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and in compliance with quality and safety standards Develop maintain and monitor detailed project schedules for MEP works
Plan and track project progress identifying delays and implementing recovery plans
Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment with timelines and deliverables
Prepare progress reports dashboards and performance analysis
Ensure compliance with project specifications standards and safety regulations
Support project management in decision-making through accurate planning data Minimum 8+ years of experience in planning, with at least 5 years in MEP projects
Proven experience in large-scale building and infrastructure MEP projects
Expertise in Primavera P6 (mandatory) and MS Project Strong knowledge of MEP systems and coordination
Ability to develop comprehensive project schedules and recovery plans
Proven track record of delivering projects on time
Good understanding of construction standards, codes, and safety regulations
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
Abu Dhabi experience is mandatory
