We are seeking an exceptional technical project engineer to own and manage the effective delivery of our complex and customised engineering solutions to customers in a timely manner. You will be our technical interface with the customer, evaluating their requirements and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver customised solutions as agreed with the customer. The ideal applicant will have a project management, engineering or similar relevant degree and have at least 2 years’ experience working as a technical project engineer.
Experience from the maritime or offshore industry is highly preferred.
- Lead the technical project management of critical and complex projects with global customers.
- Be the technical interface with the customer, addressing any queries and ensuring the project and product teams are kept abreast on the latest requirements.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, budgets, while maintaining a sharp focus on risk assessment and mitigation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential obstacles, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track.
- Provide regular status updates and comprehensive reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Implement effective project management methodologies and tools to optimise project outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or related fields preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in technical project management.
- Project management experience within an offshore/onshore O&G setting is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
