Document Controller / Project Engineer - 6 month contract assignment

Duration: 6-month contract with strong potential for permanent employment based on performance and business order book.

We are seeking a Document Controller / Project Engineer (with Electrical Engineering degree/background) to join an experienced team supporting electrical and oil & gas projects across the UAE and the wider GCC region. This role is ideal for a junior level professional with electrical background and oil and gas exposure in the UAE who is looking to develop their career within an exciting business.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and communicate with customers and project stakeholders
- Prepare and submit project documentation
- Generate reports and track project progress
- Support project delivery and administrative activities
- Work closely with document control teams to ensure accurate project records
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 2-5 years' experience (no more than 8 years total career experience) in a Project Engineer, Project Assistant, Project Coordinator, Document Controller, or junior Project Management role
- Experience with in the UAE oil & gas sector, ideally supporting ADNOC or similar clients
- Sound knowledge of LV Switchgear and electrical systems
- Experience working with electrical industry leaders or suppliers to the oil & gas sector
- Understanding of Middle East project execution and document control processes
