Commissioning Engineer - Instrumentation

- Execute end-to-end instrumentation pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup, and system handover activities for Oil & Gas EPC projects.
- Perform calibration, loop checking, functional testing, and troubleshooting of field instruments, control valves, analyzers, PLC, DCS, ESD, and F&G systems.
- Coordinate with Construction, Electrical, QA/QC, Operations, and Client teams to ensure safe and timely project execution.
- Conduct system walkdowns, manage punch lists, verify mechanical completion, and support plant startup activities.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, IEC/ISA standards, client requirements, and HSE regulations.
- Prepare commissioning procedures, test records, as-built documentation, and final handover dossiers.
