• Review shop drawings, calculations, materials submittals, contractor’s pre-qualification submittal and any other construction submittals for compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor and follow up as necessary and maintain a complete record(s) concerning the execution of the works.
• Perform site works Inspection, sampling, and testing of materials to assure compliance with the contract specification.
• review and forward comments on the contractor’s method statement for the execution of the works.
• Carry out the final inspection for certification of final completion and handing over of the works.
• review and forward comments on the Technical Query raised by the contractor.
• Inspect the on-site and off-site materials to be used in the project and organize field and laboratory tests, conducted by others, on construction materials to ascertain their compliance with the specifications and determine its acceptability for use on the project.
• Ensure that all statutory authority NOC’s / permits/design approvals are available on site for construction.
• Perform works inspection requests and materials inspection requests on a daily basis.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Ensure that the project quality control procedures are used for the construction supervision works and monitor it for improvement.
• Ensure that materials received meet specifications and established standards of quality.
• Initiates and maintains records, back charge procedures, progress reports,..etc, as required.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (degree certificate must be attested);
  Equivalency certificate is highly preferred
• Experience of 5 to 10 years in industrial projects
• ADM registration is preferred
• TAQA approval is advantage
• A professional who can manage and coordinate specialized activity, discipline, or team of moderate size and complexity
• Proactive in resolving issues
• Excellent written and spoken English
• A team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with engineers, contractors, and clients
