Project Director – Water & Wastewater (EPC)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Lead the execution of multiple EPC water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including new-build, expansion, rehabilitation and upgrade works. Responsible for overall project delivery from engineering through procurement, construction, commissioning and handover, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and commercial objectives are achieved.

• Lead end-to-end EPC delivery of WWTP, STP, pumping stations, pipelines and related utility projects.
• Manage engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and client handover.
• Drive project planning, cost control, contracts, claims, risk management and commercial performance.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, subcontractors and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and contractual requirements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities and key stakeholders.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering.
• 20+ years' experience in EPC water/wastewater projects.
• Proven experience as Project Director/Project Manager on large WWTP/STP projects.
• Strong knowledge of EPC contracts, construction, commissioning, commercial management and claims.
• GCC experience preferred.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
