• Prepare and modify MEP shop drawings using AutoCAD
• Develop Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC and Plumbing drawings based on project requirements
• Coordinate MEP services with architectural and structural drawings
• Prepare coordinated drawings and resolve site-related drawing issues
• Generate as-built drawings and technical documentation
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, local authority regulations and industry standards
• Support project engineers and site teams with technical drafting requirements
• Review consultant comments and incorporate revisions as required
• Maintain drawing records and revisions throughout the project lifecycle

• Diploma or ITI in Drafting, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience as an MEP Draftsman.
• Mandatory experience in UAE or GCC construction projects.
• Strong experience in High-Rise Buildings, Commercial Buildings, and Residential Towers.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MEP drafting standards.
• Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Must be available in the UAE for face-to-face interviews.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
