We are seeking an experienced, technically proficient, and customer-focused Sales Engineer – Infrastructure to join our Commercial team. The role is responsible for driving sales and business development of NAFFCO's infrastructure product range
, including HDPE piping systems, manholes, fire hydrants, and related civil infrastructure solutions
, across the assigned territory. The successful candidate will collaborate with contractors, consultants, developers, and internal engineering teams to provide technical and commercial support throughout the project lifecycle, from tendering and technical submittals through order execution and after-sales support, while achieving sales targets and strengthening NAFFCO's position within the infrastructure market.
Business Development: Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities for NAFFCO's infrastructure products, including HDPE piping systems, manholes, fire hydrants, and related infrastructure solutions within the assigned territory.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and key stakeholders to generate new business opportunities and secure project specifications.
Technical Sales Support: Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings to promote NAFFCO's infrastructure solutions and provide value-driven recommendations based on project requirements.
Tender & Proposal Management: Review tender documents, BOQs, specifications, and drawings to prepare accurate technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions that comply with project requirements.
Technical Submittals & Approvals: Coordinate with the Engineering Department to prepare technical submittals, material datasheets, compliance statements, and shop drawings, while following up with consultants and contractors to obtain approvals.
Project Coordination: Liaise with production, planning, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution, product availability, and successful project delivery.
Sales Performance: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in accordance with the approved sales plan and business objectives.
Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer requirements to support business growth and competitive positioning.
CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer records, pipeline updates, and regular management reports using the company's CRM system.
After-Sales Support: Provide technical assistance to customers after project award, resolve product-related issues promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Industry Representation: Represent NAFFCO at exhibitions, trade shows, technical seminars, and industry events to promote the company's infrastructure solutions and expand market presence.
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and relevant local and international engineering codes and standards.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
, or a related Engineering discipline.Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience within the infrastructure or construction industry, preferably involving HDPE piping systems, manholes, fire hydrants, or related civil infrastructure products.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets within the UAE infrastructure or construction market.
Sound knowledge of infrastructure project tendering, technical submittals, consultant approval processes, and project execution.
Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
Strong knowledge of HDPE piping systems, manholes, fire hydrants, and civil infrastructure products.
Excellent understanding of infrastructure project specifications, BOQs, tender documentation, and consultant approval procedures.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements.
Experience preparing technical proposals, commercial quotations, material submittals, and compliance documentation.
