Penspen Ltd is urgently seeking an HSE Analyst/Safety Officer for offshore PMC projects in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with HSE policies, conducting inspections, monitoring PTW, and coordinating emergency preparedness on platforms.
Candidates should hold a Diploma in Engineering, have 10+ years' experience including at least 5 offshore GCC, and possess NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or ISO 45001 certifications. ADNOC Offshore experience is a plus.
